How to assign PIC transfers to a PIC app user

You can choose which users linked to your account can use a specific PIC transfer kit in their captures

The PIC transfers kits you purchase through the PIC store will become available on your PIC cloud account.

In order to use them for PIC app captures, they must be assigned to the same user that will be accessing the app to capture, whether that's your own user or the user of an external collaborator.

Step-by-step

  1. Log in to PIC cloud from any web browser with the user credentials that you've used to create your account and purchase PIC transfers
  2. Tap the menu icon in the upper left and choose PIC transfers or just scroll to the PIC transfers section on the dashboard. Both will display the full list of PIC transfers you've purchased.
  3. Tap on "Add" and select a user.
    1. It can be your own user if you will be using the PIC transfers yourself
    2. It can also be any other registered user if you are providing PIC transfers to your collaborators, customers or employees.
