How to assign PIC app & PIC cloud licenses to users
Assign your purchased licenses in the Dashboard page of PIC cloud
If you see the following error message after logging into PIC cloud, your user does not have an active PIC app license assigned:
"Access Denied: Access to the app is currently unavailable. Please visit our website for more details on your account status."
In order to assign any number of PIC app and PIC cloud licenses that you've purchased, please use the following steps:
- Log in to PIC cloud from any web browser with the user credentials that you've used to create your account and purchase PIC app or PIC cloud subscriptions
- On the dashboard, scroll to the Subscription section. It will display all of your purchased licenses.
- Tap on "Assign Subscription" and select a user.
- It can be your own user if you will be using the PIC app and/or the PIC cloud yourself
- It can also be any other registered user if you are managing PIC app licenses for your customers or employees, or providing your PIC cloud license to your external lab.
How to assign purchased subscriptions to your own user
- Log in to https://cloud.picdental.com/
- Select your account, which will open PIC cloud's Dashboard
- Scroll down to Subscription and tap Assign Subscription under any of your purchased subscriptions of PIC app and PIC cloud
- Choose your own user to assign the subscription
Invite a new external user to your account and assign a subscription to them
- Log in to https://cloud.picdental.com/
- Select your account, which will open PIC cloud's Dashboard
- Tap on the menu icon in the upper left
- Tap on PIC zone to access the user directory
- Tap on "Invite User" and input their username or email and tap Invite. The user will now be linked to your account.
- Return to the Dashboard, scroll down to Subscription and tap Assign Subscription under any of your purchased subscriptions of PIC app and PIC cloud
- Choose the user to give them access to that subscription paid by your account
