How to add the Help Center shortcut to your phone's home screen

The Help Center is most commonly accessed by visiting the website with your own login credentials. Now, there is a quick and easy way to access the Help Center as if it were an app on your phone! 

 Steps for iPhone users: 

1. When viewing the Help Center using Safari, tap    the menu bar.
2. Scroll through available options, then tap Add to Home Screen. 
    
   
   
   1. If Add to Home Screen is not visible, you may manually include it. Scroll to the end of the list, hit Edit Actions, and tap    Add to Home Screen.
3. You can edit the default name (Help Center) name of the icon, then tap Add. 
   
   
4. The Help Center icon will appear on the device's home screen when you add it. 

Steps for Android users: 

1. Open Google Chrome and go to the Help Center.
2. Tap the drop down the menu by tapping the screen’s three-dot icon at the top right-hand corner. 
    
3. Select Add to Home screen. 
4. Edit the title of the icon to PIC dental Help Center and Add to home screen.
